Toby's is a Roblox bakery-group experience owned and operated by Moonglam. By playing Toby's, joining our Discord server, or joining our Roblox group, you agree to these terms.
Roblox rules apply
You must always follow Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards, and Discord's Terms of Service where applicable. Nothing here overrides those rules.
Conduct & moderation
As a public bakery group, Toby's deals with its fair share of trolls. Harassment, exploiting, and other rule-breaking behaviour isn't tolerated. Your presence and activity in the game, our Discord server (if applicable), and our Roblox group (if applicable) is logged so our staff can review reports and enforce these rules. We may warn, kick, or ban anyone who breaks them, at our discretion.
Ranks & purchases
Some ranks can be bought with Robux through Roblox's own payment system. All purchases are handled by Roblox, not by us. Buying a rank does not guarantee you keep it forever. If you abuse a purchased rank (for example, to harass other players or break our rules), we may revoke it at any time without a refund.
No warranty
Toby's is provided as-is. Features, ranks, and content may change or be removed at any time, and we don't guarantee the experience will always be available.
Termination
We may remove or ban any user from the game, our Discord server, or our Roblox group at our discretion, particularly for rule violations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Toby's, our Discord server, or our Roblox group after a change means you accept the updated terms.
