• Gameplay and engagement data through Roblox's built-in analytics tools, such as sessions, retention, and how you interact with the experience.
• Your presence and activity within the Toby's game, our Discord server (if you're a member), and our Roblox group (if you're a member), which we log for moderation and safety purposes.

Why we collect it

As a public bakery group, Toby's deals with its fair share of trolls and rule-breakers. We log activity across the game, Discord server, and Roblox group so our staff can investigate reports, enforce our rules, and keep the community safe. Analytics data helps us understand how the experience is used so we can improve it.

Rank purchases

Some ranks can be purchased using Robux through Roblox's own payment platform. We never handle your payment details directly. A purchased rank is a privilege, not a permanent right: if a rank is abused (for example, to harass others or break our rules), we may revoke it at any time without a refund.

Third parties

Roblox Corporation and Discord Inc. process data on their own platforms in line with their own privacy policies and terms, which also apply to you whenever you use Roblox or Discord.

Children's privacy

We don't collect any information beyond what Roblox and Discord themselves provide to us as experience/server operators. Roblox's and Discord's own age and privacy protections apply to all users.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Toby's, our Discord server, or our Roblox group after a change means you accept the updated policy.
